Velocity Car Collective is operated by NOPAC Holding, LLC as a platform connecting buyers and sellers of automotive parts. NOPAC Holding, LLC is not a party to transactions between members and does not own, sell, inspect, warrant, verify, guarantee, or endorse any listed item.

Users are responsible for confirming part accuracy, condition, compatibility, title, shipping, payment, and legality. Users agree to release and hold harmless NOPAC Holding, LLC from claims related to transactions between members.
